Our teens program at 360 Krav Maga is centered around teaching self-defense through focused combat training, with an emphasis on kickboxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. By combining striking and grappling techniques, our program equips teens with the tools to effectively handle challenges, both physically and mentally, helping them grow into resilient and capable individuals.
Here are 4 reasons why parents love having their kids as part of 360 Krav Maga.
Effective Self Defense: Our program is designed to teach practical self-defense skills that teens can apply in real-life situations. Through Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, students learn to protect themselves while gaining confidence and discipline.
Positive Environment: At 360, we create a welcoming space where teens are encouraged to grow and thrive. Our instructors guide them through their personal development, promoting teamwork, respect, and personal responsibility.
Confidence and Resilience: We focus on building mental toughness and self-assurance in every class. Teens develop the resilience to handle both physical and emotional challenges, preparing them for success both on and off the mat.
Fitness and Discipline for Life: Our training builds physical fitness, coordination, and overall health. Beyond physical skills, teens also learn the discipline and focus that will benefit them in academics, sports, and future endeavors.
